WHY INVICTUS?
In 6th grade, Ananya was given the task to memorize the poem Invictus by William Ernest Henley. The poem stuck with Ananya throughout the years and became a focal point when times were tough. The poem assisted in getting through difficult situations and reminded Ananya that "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul." This sentiment now becomes an objective for others as Ananya assists clients in taking control of their fate.

ABOUT THE INVICTUS TEAM
Currently, the team is comprised of Ananya and Brett Ridenour, a husband and wife team that have partnered not only in life but also in business. Ananya and Brett have created Invictus Approach to provide innovative ways to enhance productivity for clients. Both Ananya and Brett have a reputation for resolving problems, improving operational efficiencies and creating new approaches to different situations.
Ananya and Brett are also published authors through Invictus Press, including Coloring Outside The Lines: Integrating Project Management and Creativity.
About Ananya
Ananya is taking point on the majority of consultant work at this time. Ananya has been in the project management field for over twelve years with extensive experience with projects, operations, and leadership. Ananya has a passion to help people discover the best way to do things. The concept of looking at problems and situations from a different point of view are at the core of Ananya's principles. Using creativity and collaboration with many departments and individuals will provide an avenue to foster growth while also promoting a cohesive company culture.
